Business Card Breakdown
A downloadable game
Description
You are a powerful Wall Street broker. You must exchange business cards with your peers in order to establish superiority.
To a layperson, all of your business cards look the same. This is a lie. Your business card does not have "black text on a white background". It has Silian Rail lettering and midnight ink, on a field of bone.
Those with taste know this.
Of course, as a courtesy, you explain these special qualities to your peers as if unveiling one of the secret names of God.
Business Card Qualities To Consider
Color - Brightness - Lettering - Spacing
Texture - Thickness - Material - Weight
Finish - Emboss - Deboss - Pattern
Edges - Trim - Bleed - Subtlety
Expense - Designer - Origin - Brand
Theme and Inspiration
This game is about describing business cards in a ridiculous way, in parody of the already satirical "Let's see Paul Allen's Card" scene from American Psycho (2000) - I recommend you search for the video online if you haven't seen it before.
Printing Information
The cards were designed with printing in mind. The dimensions are set to 3.66" x 2.16" to fit the templates for popular printing service - this provides a .08" Trim margin on all sides, leaving you with a standard 3.5" x 2" business card. The Business Card Breakdown RPG Rules - Printable Business Card file has these print boxes set in the file itself.

Got this as part of a bundle and finally read it today. I really like the idea of a simple parody play and the simple design. With only the card at hand I might feel a bit uncreative but the card qualities above seem to be a good inspiration for playing.
Simple and existentially terrifying.
